What You Can Expect:
The RN Lead will provide direct patient care while supporting the daily operations and professional development of the care team.
+ Partner with patients and families in a primary care setting to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.
+ Perform clinical duties including patient triage, rooming, follow-up calls, patient education, vaccine administration, and assisting providers with in-clinic procedures.
+ Support the clinic team by processing point-of-care testing (POCT), ensuring compliance with POCT sign-offs and annual education requirements.
+ Collaborate with the Practice Manager on daily operational needs and workflow optimization.
+ Lead onboarding efforts — create orientation schedules and support new hire training.
+ Manage TASS scheduling and maintain the team’s PTO calendar.
+ Serve as the clinic’s Immunization Coordinator and oversee required daily, weekly, and monthly documentation logs.
+ Provide oversight for the SMART Program and promote continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00-5:30p (Wednesdays off) - Occassional weekend shifts.
Qualifications:
+ Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
+ Experience: 3 years' experience
+ Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
