    Office Location: Upper Marlboro, MD

     

    Coverage area: Upper Marlboro and Batimore (shared services)

     

    Schedule: Full-Time

    Responsibilities

    As a Home Health Branch Operating Manager, You will:

    + Manage and support administrative and non-clinical operations of the agency

    + Ensure accurate and timely payroll and compliance under Branch Director supervision

    + Assist with billing processes to support timely claim submission and minimize denials

    + Participate in internal audits, surveys, and report preparation

    + Maintain contracts, vendor records, and assist with medical records requests

    + Support the Director with audits, licensure reviews, and compliance activities (QAPI, Complaints, EPP, etc.)

    + Ensure all employee documentation and regulatory compliance requirements are met

    Qualifications

    + Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of healthcare professionals

    + Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, staff, and other stakeholders

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

    + Understanding of relevant state and federal regulations governing home health care

    + Understanding expense management

    + Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and develop effective solutions
