Job Description
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams
• Develop, manage, and forecast project schedules and budgets
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications and relationship management
• Accurately assess customer needs, set realistic expectations, identify potential issues, and propose viable solutions
• Conduct effective upfront project planning and advocate for operational objectives to minimize costs and change orders, identify risks, and enhance efficiency through negotiation and conflict resolution
• Validate and refine project scope; determine logical actions to meet project requirements and deadlines
• Identify technical issues impacting project execution and develop mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, design criteria, and operational and maintenance requirements
• Provide regular updates on project and program progress
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data related to project requirements
• Support emergency response efforts as needed

Skills and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience
• Knowledge of utility methods, techniques, and procedures
• Minimum of four years of relevant work experience
• Basic knowledge and experience in scheduling, estimating, accounting, and finance principles
• Foundational understanding of project management disciplines, with the ability to effectively allocate resources and manage multiple small to medium complexity projects in a cross-functional environment
• Demonstrated negotiation and critical thinking skills
• Customer-oriented, team-oriented, and collaborative mindset; flexibility; and a strong understanding of the business drivers behind project needs
• Leadership qualities that inspire and energize multidisciplinary teams to meet business objectives • Experience working with natural gas utilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Advanced project management training and certification (e.g., PMI or accredited college programs)
• Experience with SAP
