Job Description

Responsibilities:

•  Creates and drives competitive product strategies

•  Evaluates product performance against strategic objectives and adjusts as needed

• Develops, evaluates and implements strategic product plans, based on client needs

•  Takes data-backed action on underperforming areas within the product offerings

• Owns a portfolio for product design and performance.

• Creates, tests and validates predictive model

Day to Day:

One of Insight Global's financial clients in Ogden, UT is looking for a Sr. Product Manager to join their team. This individual will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for financial products, driving strategic planning and product development to fuel growth. They will focus on optimizing products and pricing, enhancing member satisfaction, and managing risk while delivering on key business objectives through data-driven decisions. They will collaborate across departments to champion product innovation and process improvements, guiding cross-functional teams from concept to launch. The Ideal candidate is someone who’s proactive, collaborative, and truly passionate about owning a product and someone who thrives on seeing ideas through from start to finish.

Skills and Requirements

Must Have:

• 5-8 years of experience as a Product Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.

• Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) Tableau,

o Extensive Data analysis experience

• Willing to work onsite 5 days a week (Riverdale/ Roy UT) Pluses:

• Experience working with Payment products

• MBA or Master’s degree in a business field preferred.

• Experience working in a financial institution.
