             Job Description Insight Global is looking for a dedicated Member Debt Representative to join one of our Financial Services Clients and make a tangible difference in the lives of our members. In this collection-focused role, you'll be at the forefront of member interaction, using your communication expertise to understand their unique financial situations and provide tailored guidance to help them regain financial stability. You'll also play a vital role in protecting the client's financial interests by proactively addressing and resolving delinquent accounts. This position requires strong analytical abilities, effective communication skills, empathy, and the ability to navigate complex situations with resourcefulness and adherence to compliance regulations. Skills and Requirements • 3+ years of experience in collections • Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable in a heavy phone support role • Proficiency with computer applications in a Windows environment; ability to learn new systems quickly • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, particularly in sensitive or challenging situations. High School Diploma or GED • College degree or certification in Business, Finance, Communications, or related field • Experience in the financial services industry, specifically in collections • Knowledge of collections regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., FDCPA) • Proficiency in negotiation techniques and conflict resolution Experience with auto-dial systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
