    Job Description

    The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business partners to document and validate business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. They will translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements for development teams, leveraging statistical and analytical tools to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies in data. This role involves writing and executing test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinating efforts to ensure successful validation. A strong emphasis will be placed on maintaining data quality, governance, and lineage throughout the delivery process.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Proficient in SQL, including experience with complex joins and subqueries.

    • Strong proficiency in Excel with advanced functions.

    • Familiarity with Alteryx or other data prep & analytics tools to compare/analyze data and create data extracts based on business rules.

    • Familiarity with Reltio or other Master Data Management (MDM) platforms.

    • Experience with Python scripting for data automation and analysis.
