Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated IT Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will evaluate and monitor the performance of our information technology systems, identify user needs, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and functionality. You’ll serve as the key liaison between end users and the engineering or development teams. The candidate will be responsible for supporting physicians nationwide as well as packing and putting labels on boxes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze IT system operations to ensure optimal performance
• Gather and assess user requirements to recommend system enhancements
• Act as the primary point of contact between users and technical teams
• Follow established procedures and guidelines to carry out tasks
Work under close supervision and report to a project leader or manager

Skills and Requirements
Must Haves:
• Associate’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 0–3 years of experience in IT systems analysis or a related area
• Experience in Service Central Ticketing System
• Familiarity with standard IT concepts, practices, and procedures
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Strong Organizational skills and patience
