    Job Description

    We are seeking a Class A Commercial High-Rise Facilities Supervisor to oversee 24/7 operations and maintenance of building systems. This role supervises a team of 1–3 staff, including an Assistant Facilities Manager, and ensures all equipment is operating efficiently. The supervisor will interface daily with the building owner, supporting capital projects such as cooling tower replacements, while ensuring timely completion of preventative maintenance. The team under this role is responsible for both operational continuity and maintenance execution across the property.

     

    Compensation: $170,000K to $190,000K per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.     Skills and Requirements

     

    - 10 years of FM experience.

     

    - Experience managing a Class A high-rise downtown building.

     

    - Leadership experience (Oversee 25-30 people indirectly)

     

    - Experience managing a P&L of $1M+.

     

    - Experienced with mechanical systems- HVAC, BAS systems, central utility plants, cooling towers, mechanical equipment, building operations. - HVAC license preferred
