Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Automation & Controls Project Manager to lead automation projects involving SCADA systems, controls, cybersecurity, and instrumentation. This role focuses on managing multi-discipline projects from design through implementation, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and client engagement. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of project management experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and PMP, CCM, or DBIA certification (or ability to obtain within 12 months). Experience in automation and controls, strong communication skills, and the ability to mentor junior staff are highly valued. Salary expectation for the role can range from $100k-130k depending on experience.

Skills and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree with Civil or Construction preferred.
• 5+ years of related experience in project management with construction projects.
• PMP (PMI), CCM, or DBIA certification (required within 12 months of hire).
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally. · Experience in Automation and Controls (SCADA, PLC, HMI, cybersecurity).
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (budgeting, planning, risk management).
Strong communication, organizational, and client relationship skills.
