Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team on-site in Louisville, KY. The pay for this position begins at $30/hr. This Systems Administrator will work to maintain the security, integrity, and operation of the corporation’s information systems and business applications. In this role, you'll manage and support enterprise systems, monitor performance, apply patches, handle backups, and respond to outages as part of an on-call rotation. You'll also help deploy new business systems, configure applications, and support cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. The ideal candidate has experience with Microsoft Windows Servers, Linux, and holds certifications such as MTA, MCSA, or MCSE. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, security-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment. You'll work in a climate-controlled office with standard physical demands like extended computer use and occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs). Must be 21+ and able to pass a background check for gaming licensure. Travel is minimal (10–15%).

Skills and Requirements

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience and certifications may be considered in lieu of formal education

• Microsoft Server Migration experience

• Experience writing SOP's

• Proven experience deploying and managing large-scale environments of Microsoft Windows Servers

Hands-on expertise with major public cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) · Experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., gaming, finance)

• Possession of one or more relevant industry certifications, including MTA, MCSA, or MCSE

• Familiarity with Linux and other open-source operating systems

• Familiarity with enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions

• Previous experience working in multi-site or hybrid cloud environments
