• Shop Foreman

    NOV (Elk City, OK)


    Primary Responsibilities

    + Supervise daily shop activities, ensuring all work is performed safely and efficiently.

    + Coordinate with field operations, logistics, and maintenance teams to prioritize and schedule work orders.

    + Oversee assembly, inspection, and repair of solids control equipment (centrifuges, shakers, pumps, etc.).

    + Ensure all materials, tools, and parts are available to meet production and delivery goals.

    + Train, coach, and develop shop technicians to improve performance and skillsets.

    + Maintain accurate records of work orders, inventory, and equipment maintenance.

    + Ensure adherence to all NOV company policies, safety standards, and HSE procedures.

    + Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.

    + Support equipment mobilization and demobilization as needed.

    + Perform other related duties as assigned.
