Job Description
The main role of the implementation manager is to seamlessly transition high profile healthcare clients from their previous software systems to ours. You will work closely with internal and external resources to develop creative strategies that align a client’s needs to our solutions. The implementation manager acts as the face of the company while engaging and introducing clients to our products. You will be responsible for all aspects of the client’s project ensuring flawless execution of project tasks. This job requires critical thinking, excellent communication skills, and high-quality standards. You must be able to think quickly while juggling multiple projects in a dynamic ever-changing software environment. Applicants should be outgoing and passionate about achieving long-term client success. This is done by establishing and maintaining client partnerships established through hard work and trust. There will be opportunity for travel as restrictions allow.
Key Responsibilities
+ Develop and maintain client relationships across a wide array of healthcare industries
+ Coordinate and execute the transition of client source data from their previous systems to our cloud-based software
+ Transition and optimize previous client workflows utilizing our current software solutions
+ Host and lead dedicated client training sessions covering product use and suggested workflows
+ Manage and complete project tasks while collaborating with and directing internal and client-facing teams
+ Serve as the primary contact for all client related project needs
+ Ensure timely execution of all project tasks in order to meet established deadlines
+ Be a solutions expert in tackling unique data, workflow, and integration challenges while staying within the scope of the project
+ Develop and maintain detailed project plans with milestones, timelines, and due dates
+ Schedule and host project meetings daily while transcribing meeting minutes listing key action items, statuses, and meeting summary

+ Strong technical background with basic understanding of system integrations and data management
Desirable Skills
+ Experience with software implementations
+ Understanding of relational databases
+ Healthcare experience
+ 5 years comparable experience in project or implementation management
+ Experience with HL7 interfaces
Educational Requirements
+ BA/BS in information systems, information technology or related field is desirable but not required
+ PMP certification is desirable but not required
+ RHIA certification is desirable but not required
