    In this role, you will lead small-to-medium projects or key technical work packages, guiding teams to deliver exceptional results on time and within budget.

    Nationality Requirements

    Candidates must be eligible to obtain the relevant security clearance required for the role, due to the nature of the programmes we deliver for our customers.

    Job Description

    Typical Job Responsibilities:

    + Statement of Work Breakdown

    + Scheduling via Microsoft Project

    + Staffing via Microsoft Project

    + Presenting Technical information to Customers and Leadership

    + Technical Mentoring

    + Grow and foster positive relationships with customers

    + Lead teams to solve technical challenges

    + Contribute to internal research and development

    + Work with engineering leadership to drive continuous improvement

    Required Skills:

    + Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Computer Science/Acoustic Engineering or appropriate field or equivalent work experience.

    + 9+ years of experience within a complex engineering environment with 5 or more years leading engineering or scientific teams.

    + Ability to obtain a US Government security clearance. Security clearances are granted to U.S. citizens.

    Desired Skills:

    + Experience working in the defense industry

    + Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS)

    + Experience as a Cost Account Manager (CAM)

    + Experience with Microsoft Project

    + Experience with underwater acoustics and/or sonar systems

    + Experience with RADAR systems

    + Experience with underwater instrumentation such as sonar and acoustic arrays

    + Experience with electrical and mechanical systems, including debugging

    + Experience working with Agile, Surround, or other configuration management tools

    + Proficient in time management and organizational skills

    + Experience leading teams to execute complex tasks

    + Willingness to work on the team to help complete work
