Radius Packaging is seeking a Customer Care Specialist, reporting directly to the Demand Planning Manager, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with both customers and internal teams to manage orders efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction. This position will be located onsite at our Corporate headquarters in New Berlin, WI.

     

    As a key member of our Customer Care team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of customer orders, maintaining effective communication, and contributing to our continued growth and innovation.     Key Responsibilities:

    + Customer Order Management: Professionally manage customer orders, releases, and inquiries with prompt, accurate, and efficient service.

    + Order Processing & Tracking: Gather customer requirements, accurately enter and track orders, and ensure alignment with production schedules.

    + Communication & Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, keeping them informed of order statuses, inventory availability, and production schedules.

    + Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with our sales, production, and new product introduction teams to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction.

    + Problem-Solving & Solutions: Address and resolve customer concerns regarding product details, delivery, and inventory in a timely manner.

    + Customer Forecasting: Analyze and report accurate customer forecasts for production planning, and participate in production meetings to ensure customer requirements are met.

    + Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to improving our processes, minimizing costs associated with returns, and supporting cross-functional improvement projects.

    Qualifications

    Ideal Candidate:

    + Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.

    + Experience: 1-3 years of customer service experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment, but open to other customer service experience.

    + Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

    + Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and internal teams in a professional and clear manner.

    + Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience with IQMS or similar ERP systems is a plus.

    + Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze issues and offer solutions that benefit both the customer and the company.

    + Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
