    Job Overview:

    **Location** : 18180 Gateway Dr, Victorville, CA 92394

     

    Shift & Schedule 3rd Shift: Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 p.m. – 5:30 a.m. Full-time position Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

     

    We’re looking for a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join our team in Victorville. In this role, you’ll manage all aspects of shipping, receiving, and logistics coordination while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer service. You’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth warehouse operations and strong carrier relationships.

    What You’ll Do

    + Check drivers in and out using Carrier Point (Ryder logistics software)

    + Accurately process all shipping and receiving documentation, including legal documents

    + Assign drivers to loading and unloading doors

    + Coordinate with material handlers to ensure timely loading and unloading

    + Prepare and complete bills of lading; obtain required signatures

    + Maintain organized and clean office areas, including filing as needed

    + Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, and safety requirements

    + Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

    Total Rewards:

    + Starting pay: $25.50per hour.

    Requirements:

    + High school diploma or GED (preferred)

    + 1+ year of logistics or shipping and receiving experience

    + 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

    + Experience with automated warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Manugistics)
