Position details:

• **Facility:** BayCare Health System, Laboratory Administration on Morton Plant Hospital's campus

• **Location:** Clearwater, FL

• **Shift:** 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (8-Hour Shifts)

• **Status:** PRN (as needed)

As a Receptionist in the Laboratory Administration department, you will be responsible for:

+ Answering, triaging and logging all incoming calls

+ Distribution of all mail and faxes

+ Greeting and directing visitors and employees

+ Coordinating meetings

+ Word processing

+ Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

+ 6 months related field

+ Preferred 2 years clerical experience

+ Preferred 2 years hospital related

Education:

+ Required high school diplomas or equivalent
