Find your future with us. **Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is looking for **Mid-level/Experienced Manufacturing Operations Analysts – Compliance** (Level 3/4) to support the Wings/P-8 Compliance team onsite in **Renton, Washington** . This role is primarily first shift; however, there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives. Your hiring manager will share your schedule when you start. Position Responsibilities: + Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria on the shop floor + Analyzes and interprets data + Provides feedback on assessment results + Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes + Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans + Works under general direction and is self starter + Advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet organizational goals and company standards/policies Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): + 3+ years of experience in the aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment + 3+ years of experience with business problem identification, data collection and preparation, interpretation and problem solving + 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint + 3+ years of experience with Project Management + 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): + 3+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and/or Boeing Production System (BPS) + 1+ years of experience performing compliance monitoring and policy assessments/audits + 3+ years of experience advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet organizational goals Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria are met as outlined in our policies.
