Summary
Come join us at Corporate HQ for Summer 2026! Our **Consumer Insights** team is offering students hands-on, real-world experience within the company over a 10-12 week period. Come experience an inside look in the world of Customer Insights, CPG and Food Production.

This position has a target wage of $21.90 - $28.13 per hour, based on shift, experience and qualifications. Overtime may be available.
What You Will Learn & Main Responsibilities
+ Assist in the design, execution, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative research studies (e.g., surveys, focus groups, trend scans)
+ Gather, analyze, and interpret consumer data to identify insights and opportunities
+ Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and cultural shifts relevant to our brands and categories
+ Support preparation of presentations and dashboards that communicate insights to cross-functional teams
+ Help manage vendors and research partners on ad hoc projects
+ Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new product, brand, and communication ideas
Minimum Education
+ This position is open to graduate and undergraduate students.
+ Must be enrolled in an accredited university in a relevant field of study. Marketing, Business, Psychology, Sociology Data Analytics or related majors preferred.
+ Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA or higher.
Experience Requirements
+ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new tools and software
+ Have strong communication skills, including written and verbal
+ Must be able to work independently or in teams
Experience Preferred
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
+ Curiosity about consumer behavior, culture, and market dynamics
+ Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
+ Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
+ May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.
+ May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
+ Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
