Join Our Team as a Quality Control
Do you have a sharp eye for detail, a passion for quality, and solid computer skills? We’re looking for a Quality Control Technician who can combine technical expertise with strong analytical and digital reporting abilities to help us deliver products that meet the highest standards.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining product quality, ensuring safety, and driving continuous improvement across our production processes. You’ll support the Production Team, communicate findings, and use data to guide smarter decisions every day.
What You’ll Do
+ Verify and ensure product quality: Inspect products to confirm they meet engineering specifications and work instructions.
+ Leverage technology: Use Microsoft Forms, Excel, and other digital tools to collect, track, and report Quality metrics accurately and efficiently.
+ Communicate clearly: Report any quality issues or defects to the operations team in real time to support quick corrective actions.
+ Support audits: Conduct layered auditing and provide sign-offs on critical-to-quality projects.
+ Apply QC stamps and documentation with precision and accountability.
+ Investigate and improve: Participate in root cause investigations to prevent recurring issues.
+ Perform inspections: Handle incoming materials and end-of-line product inspections with care and consistency.
+ Assist operations with training and reinforcement of quality standards.
+ Drive continuous improvement: Maintain 5S + Safety standards and contribute to a culture that values efficiency, quality, and teamwork.
What You’ll Bring
+ Proven experience in Quality Control in manufacturing environments
+ Strong PC proficiency — especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Forms, Teams, Word) and data entry/reporting systems
+ Familiarity with Lean principles, 5S, and continuous improvement concepts
+ Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
+ A proactive, detail-oriented approach and a commitment to safety and quality
