Job Title: Machine Loader
Job Description
The Machine Helper will assist machinists in daily operations to ensure efficient and safe production processes. This role involves supporting machine setup, material handling, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
+ Assist machinists with machine operations and production tasks.
+ Load and unload the S4/P4 machine with raw materials according to production requirements.
+ Prepare and stage materials for machining processes.
+ Monitor machines during operation and report any irregularities or malfunctions.
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
+ Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
+ Perform basic quality checks on materials and finished parts as directed.
Essential Skills
+ Ability to lift and move raw materials safely.
+ Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machine operations.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
+ Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
+ Familiarity with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers).
+ Ability to read and interpret simple work instructions or diagrams.
+ Good communication skills for coordinating with machinists and supervisors.
+ Time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment
Normal working hours are Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Overtime hours are available from Monday to Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The facility is air-conditioned but can get warm due to the ovens. The workspace is part of a larger, clean, and organized environment where teamwork and independence are both valued.

This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
