We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Senior Technical Program Manager to lead a high-impact initiative focused on ServiceNow integration across two enterprise environments. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing planning and integration within the entirely of ServiceNow. Candidates should have a strong background supporting ServiceNow projects, understands the platform including modules. With the two companies merging there will be consolidation of several SN instances which requires candidates to understand it’s foundational structure and can bring some lessons learned to help drive this project forward. This project will entail eBonding to enable automated data exchange between the systems.

Key Responsibilities
• End-to-End Program Leadership: Build and lead a “team of teams,” facilitating cross-functional collaboration and accelerating decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Integrated Roadmap Execution: Develop and deliver a comprehensive program roadmap
• Design Governance: Define and enforce design principles and guardrails that minimize complexity, safeguard user experience, and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and action items to maintain program momentum and visibility across all organizational levels.
• Executive-Level Communication: Provide clear, concise updates on program status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies. Act swiftly to remove blockers and resolve escalations.
• Operational Excellence: Establish scalable ways of working—cadence, artifacts, templates, and collaboration tools—to drive consistent delivery across internal teams and external vendors.
• Financial Stewardship: Manage program funding efficiently, adhering to procurement protocols and financial reporting standards throughout the program lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale, multi-workstream IT programs in complex enterprise environments. Experience with mergers, divestitures, or cross-company integrations is highly preferred.
•Proven track record in delivering Digital Support Technology implementations.
• ServiceNow integration or implementation experience in an eterprise enviroment.
• Strong technical proficiency with ServiceNow platforms and capabilities.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills; adept at navigating competing priorities and constraints.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $95.00/hr.
