    Join our team as a Technology Risk & Controls Lead, specializing in stakeholder and client communications for Global Technology Control Assessments (GTCA). In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between assessment program leads across SOX, SOC, GLBA, PCI, and other global assessment programs, and our senior leadership, stakeholders and clients. Your support will include the timely coordination and distribution of persona-based status reports, business reviews, SOC bridge letters, and other regulatory communications, helping to ensure digital trust with our stakeholders so they can rely on security of assets and protecting sensitive information. You will foster transparent and tailored communications to help stakeholders and clients better understand assurance and compliance activities. Your proactive support includes coordinating and distributing persona-based status reports, business reviews, SOC bridge letters, and other regulatory communications - through these efforts, you will help build digital trust, enabling stakeholders to rely on the security of assets and the protection of sensitive information.

    Job responsibilities

    + Coordinate and facilitate communications for Global Technology Control Assessments, ensuring messaging is aligned across SOX, SOC, GLBA, PCI, and global regulatory reviews

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholder and client inquiries related to control assessments and regulatory communications

    + Ensure clarity, consistency, and transparency in all communications by delivering unified messaging to senior leadership, stakeholders, and clients

    + Manage the timely publication and distribution of SOC bridge letters and other regulatory communications to support client assurance and compliance requirements

    + Publish persona-based status reports, business reviews, and tailored content to address the specific needs of each audience

    + Collaborate with assessment teams and business partners to gather relevant information and insights for communications

    + Support executive reporting and presentations related to control assessment status, findings, and remediation efforts

    + Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of communication processes, tools, and templates to improve stakeholder and client engagement

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    + 7+ years of experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, or client relationship management within a large, complex organization

    + Broad understanding of technology and cybersecurity concepts and environments, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and frameworks

    + Experience in financial services or a highly regulated industry

    + Familiarity with technology control assessments and regulatory frameworks (SOX, SOC, GLBA, PCI, etc.) is preferred; willingness to learn and develop expertise on the job is essential

    + Experience supporting regulatory communications, such as SOC bridge letters and assurance documentation, is highly desirable

    + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical and regulatory information into clear, actionable messaging for diverse audiences including senior leaders, stakeholders, and clients

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communications platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, email marketing tools)

    + Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

    + Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence across functions and levels of the organization

    + Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

    + Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
