*KEY FUNCTIONS*

•Support patient experience and visitor management​.Impacts department operations and institutional patient satisfaction programs.​

The main objective of the Lead Ambassador role is to offer supervision to guarantee the utmost level of patient / visitor experience as part of the institutional Welcome Initiative. This position is part of our comprehensive guest management and visitor experience strategy and influences departmental operations and institutional patient / visitor satisfaction.

*Education **Required: * ​​Bachelor's Degree​ ​

*Experience **Required: * ​​One year of customer service or related experience.  May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis. ​

*Experience **Preferred:* ​Two years experience in a hospital setting.

•Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources. ​
