Flexologist – StretchLab El Segundo Job Type: Part-timePay: From $27.00 per hourSchedule: 20–25 hours per week (weekday and/or weekend availability required)Location: In-studio | El Segundo, CA About StretchLab StretchLab is the leader in one-on-one assisted stretching. Our mission is to help people move better, feel better, and live better. We provide customized stretch sessions that improve flexibility, mobility, posture, and overall wellness in a supportive and energetic studio environment. Position Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Flexologists to join our team. Flexologists deliver individualized assisted stretch sessions, build strong client relationships, and support an exceptional studio experience. This role is ideal for fitness and wellness professionals who enjoy helping others reach their health goals. Responsibilities * Provide 25- and 50-minute one-on-one assisted stretch sessions * Educate clients on stretching, mobility, and recovery * Deliver an engaging and professional client experience * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized studio environment * Support member retention and studio sales goals * Participate in team meetings, trainings, and occasional events Qualifications * Background in fitness, bodywork, movement, or wellness (such as exercise science, Kinesiology, physical therapy, massage, personal training, yoga, Pilates, dance, or athletics) * Certification Required (Personal Trainer, Group Fitness, Yoga, Pilates, Massage Therapy, or similar ) OR Bachelors Degree in relevant field * Strong communication and customer service skills * Positive, professional, team-oriented attitude * Comfortable working one-on-one with clients Benefits & Perks * $27+/hour starting pay * Paid Flexologist Training Program (required upon hiring) * Fun, supportive studio culture * Flexible scheduling * Growth opportunities within the studio and brand How to Apply Apply with your resume and availability.
