Principal Accountabilities

+ Work with operations group on production schedules

+ Daily tooling setup for production needs

+ Inspection of Grinder pins, bushing and plates, replace as needed

+ Operate 80 ton hydraulic press

+ Stone Mold plates and Breather plates daily

+ Straighten Mold plates on a hydraulic press

+ Bow breather plates on a hydraulic press

+ Operate plate grinder to sharpen grind plate

+ Assess condition of tooling for wear and damage

+ Order tooling or send out for repairs as needed

+ Maintain tooling inventory levels

+ Utilize MRO system

+ Cleanliness and housekeeping

+ Ensuring food safety and quality

+ Work with minimal supervision

+ Work Overtime as needed

+ Documenting daily work assigned on paper and in maintenance management system

+ Utilize parts in inventory to repair equipment and follow procedures for documenting usage

+ Identify problems and make suggestions to improve operational processes

+ Operate PIT (Powered Industrial Truck)

Required Qualifications

+ Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

+ Must be 18 years or older

+ Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent

+ Must be able to read, write, and speak English

+ Must have knowledge of hand and power tools

+ Have state issued operator driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

+ Previous industrial maintenance experience

+ Two year degree that relates to the maintenance field

+ Experience using a powered industrial truck (PIT)

+ Previous Cargill experience

+ Work history in the last 12 months
