    Position Description

    * This is a 100% remote full-time position working 8:00 am to 5:00pm CST*Zubie, an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our valued customers. This role is responsible for managing a dedicated book of business, focusing on onboarding new clients, maintaining account health, conducting business reviews, driving renewals and expansions, and gathering testimonials. This role requires strong communication, customer empathy, problem-solving, and excellent relationship-building skills.Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:-Manage customer onboarding, drive adoption, support retention efforts, and assist with renewals and account growth opportunities-Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction-Support account plans by identifying opportunities, addressing risks, and ensuring alignment with customer goals-Monitor customer health metrics and use CRM tools to inform decisions and track progress toward success goals-Partner with sales, product, and marketing teams to address customer needs and improve the overall experienceYour compensation will be a base pay of $70,000 with an additional total compensation earning potential of $100k

     

    Training

    Requirements

    3-5 years of experience in account management or customer success required~^~Relevant industry experience in automotive fleet, rental, or telematics preferred~^~College degree preferred~^~Bilingual in Spanish preferred~^~Proficiency in Zendesk, Intercom, and\/or Hubspot~^~Experience in delivering web-based training for customers via phone, Zoom, or email~^~Excellent communication and relationship building skills~^~Strong project management and prioritization skills~^~Proficient in MS Office products
