Description
Position Summary:
Oversee the Intake process for Mental Health Housing, MHOTRS,SUD Clinics Crisis Respite, Developmental Disability Housing, DD day programs and provide oversight and guidance to Entitlement Eligibility Services (EES). Oversee and provide guidance to HLPS Team. Participate in all Management related activities as needed. Position would directly report to the VP of MH Services and work closely with the VP of Developmental Disabilities and the VP of the Clinical Services.
Essential Accountabilities:
+ Review and oversee the maintenance of census for MH Housing, DD Housing, Dayhab, MHOTRS, SUD Clinics, PROS, and Respite.
+ Oversee all pertinent external reporting systems, including CAIRS, CAPS, CHOICES, LOS, TADS, and any other as applicable.
+ Supervise Directors of Intake Services and EES, and other staff as warranted.
+ Provide clinical oversight for more complex cases as needed.
+ Develop in-house referral workflows to ensure that staff understand the full scope of services available and are able to capture admissions services needed.
+ Assess department on an ongoing basis to ensure workflows meet the standards of reduced barriers to care.
+ Review and updated as needed, policy and procedures to reflect these core expectations of EES and Intake Services.
+ Attend all management-related meetings and functions as warranted.
+ Ensure collaboration with executive team members to ensure that agency expectations are met.
+ Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and Annual reports as needed.
+ Identify ongoing outreach expectations based on current trends and capabilities of the agency.
+ Maintain confidentiality at all times.
+ Work locations and schedules are subject to change.
+ Any additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
Qualifications: Clinic experience required. 10 years of experience working in Mental Health, DD or related field, of which 5 are in a supervisory role. Experience working in Intake required. Experience onboarding new programs required. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of CAIRS, CAPS, CHOICES and data management systems required.
