    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Industrial Mechanics / Manual Machinist Mechanics** for projects located in and around **Seattle, WA.** This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of **$34-38/hour** based on experience and skill level.     Job Scope

    + Perform mechanical maintenance, assembly/disassembly, inspection, and troubleshooting of turbines, motors, compressors, and gearboxes

    + Machine, repair, and align components such as shafts, bearings, seals, rotors, and stators to precise tolerances

    + Interpret blueprints and technical specifications while maintaining strict safety and quality standards

    Requirements

    + Proven experience as an Industrial Mechanic and/or Manual Machinist working on large mechanical systems (turbines, motors, compressors, gearboxes)

    + Strong manual machining skills, including working with shafts, bearings, gears, and other precision components

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

    + Proficiency in alignment, balancing, and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems

    + Strong attention to detail, precision, and fit

    + Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols

    + Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced industrial environment
