    Description

    Tradesmen International is immediately hiring a skilled **CNC Programmer II** for projects located in and around **Kent, WA.** This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of up to **$36/hour** based on experience & skill level.     Job Scope:

    + Interpret 2D blueprints and 3D CAD models, including GD&T tolerances

    + Program using CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam for 3- and 4-axis CNC mills

    + Create and edit G-code and M-code for CNC machines

    + Select, design, and plan job-specific cutting tools and fixtures

    + Prepare setup sheets and machinist instructions

    + Collaborate with operators and machinists to improve machining parameters

    + Support tooling standardization and capital equipment selection

    + Implement continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices

    + Mentor CNC Programmer I team members

    + Follow all safety and quality policies

    + Other tasks as assigned

    Requirements:

    + 2+ years of Experience as a Machinist and Programmer

    + Experience with CAD/CAM software

    + Strong blueprint reading & GD&T interpretation skills

    + Mathematical and Technical aptitude

    + Ability to work as a part of a team and meet deadlines

    + Detail Oriented

    + Safety Awareness

    + Proper PPE
