Required Skills:

Manufacturing Technical Manager Responsibilities:

1. Work with contract manufacturing (CM) partners on yield improvement and process troubleshooting.

2. Work with CM partner to design and layout the FATP (final assembly, test, and pack- out) line by applying lean and Six Sigma technology.

3. Develop manufacturing processes at the factory and drive line qualifications by working with cross-functional teams and CM partners.

4. Work with cross-functional team (HW Engineering, Operations and manufacturing partner teams) to drive ramp and MP readiness.

5. Drive cost and cycle time reduction through line balancing, and line automation.

6. Drive FACA (Failure Analysis Corrective Action) and yield bridge to mass production.

7. Influence product manufacturability, testability, serviceability, reliability, flexibility and cost effectiveness by coordinating cross-functional teams during early development and ramp.

8. In connection with the above duties, apply knowledge and/or skills of: setting up physical production line

9. UPH (Unit per Hour) and Yield Rate improvement

10. Line Layout planning

11. Standard Operation Process establishment

12. Implementing Lean concept to production line

13. AutoCAD

14. Program Management

15. Reviewing Mechanical Design for Manufacturing

16. Establishing Bill of Material

17. and Operating Agile system.

Minimum Qualifications:

18. Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Industrial and Operations Engineering or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation

19. Experience must include 2 years in the following:

23. Standard Operation Process establishment

24. Implementing Lean concept to production line

25. AutoCAD

26. Program Management

$228,282/year to $231,110/year + bonus + equity + benefits
