Your role and responsibilities

Role Overview:

Senior Maximo Integration Lead responsible for enterprise-wide systems integration in support of federal initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead planning, analysis, design, and implementation of complex Maximo integrations across diverse platforms

* Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless integration, verification, and validation

* Oversee configuration management, documentation, and change control processes

* Troubleshoot system issues, optimize performance, and ensure traceability across design artifacts

* Support audits and milestone events throughout the acquisition lifecycle

Required technical and professional expertise

* Minimum of 10 years of experience in systems integration engineering with enterprise applications

* Minimum of 5 years integrating IBM Maximo with other platforms and services

* Minimum of 5 years of experience with configuration management, change control, and technical documentation

* Minimum of 5 years of experience using Java, JavaScript, HTML, and APIs (SOAP/REST) to build and connect Maximo functionalities

* Strong knowledge of system architecture, data flows, and troubleshooting integrated systems

* Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal security clearance with the U.S. government

Preferred technical and professional experience

* A minimum of 5 years of experience with cloud environments such as AWS or IBM Cloud

* A minimum of 5 years of understanding IBM Maximo application functionalities and configuration options

* A minimum of 3 years performing code reviews and applying best practices in Maximo development

* Experience serving as a task lead or technical liaison

* Experience working in federal agency environments and familiarity with federal enterprise architecture and compliance standards
