Your role and responsibilities

Role Overview:

Senior Maximo Solution Architect responsible for leading enterprise architecture projects from planning through delivery in support of federal initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead solution design, technical strategy, and architectural documentation for Maximo MAS implementations, upgrades, and integrations

* Interface with stakeholders across federal client organizations to align system strategies with business needs

* Guide cross-functional teams and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle

* Apply advanced principles to solve complex technical challenges and optimize system performance

* Support milestone events, audits, and documentation efforts across the acquisition lifecycle

Required technical and professional expertise

* A minimum of 10 years of enterprise architecture experience, including Maximo MAS implementations and upgrades

* A minimum of 5 years maintaining complex technical platforms during delivery and steady state

* A minimum of 5 years leading lean-agile squads and cross-functional teams

* Strong consulting and stakeholder engagement skills

* Deep understanding of the Maximo Compatibility Matrix and industry standards

* Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal security clearance with the U.S. government

Preferred technical and professional experience

* Cloud platform certifications are a plus (e.g., AWS, IBM Cloud)

* A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting federal clients

* Experience developing architectural deliverables and technical documentation

* Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and compliance standards

* Proven ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate with cross-functional teams
