Parts Coordinator / Forklift Operator – First Shift ($16/hr to start, $20/hr Full-Time)

Are you forklift certified and looking for a first-shift opportunity in manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly? Join our team as a **Parts Coordinator / Forklift Operator** and play a vital role in supporting production operations and inventory management.

Compensation & Schedule:

+ Starting pay: **$16 per hour**

+ **$20 per hour** after conversion to full-time with our customer (typically after 90 days)

+ **First Shift**

Job Responsibilities:

+ **Forklift Operation:** Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move raw materials, components, and finished products to and from the production line.

+ **Inventory Management:** Organize, monitor, and replenish supplies for production to ensure efficient workflow.

+ **Warehouse Organization:** Keep work areas clean and organized; manage proper storage of parts and supplies.

+ **Quality Control:** Inspect materials for quality, damage, or defects to support high production standards.

+ **Communication:** Work closely with supervisors, production teams, and other warehouse personnel to resolve shortages and maintain smooth operations.

+ **Safety Compliance:** Adhere to all safety policies, wear appropriate PPE, and report hazards or equipment issues.

+ **Production Support:** May rotate into Production Operator/Assembly roles, with responsibilities including assembly line tasks, machine and tool operation, product inspection, packing, and meeting production targets.

Qualifications:

+ **Valid Forklift Certification** (Required)

+ Able to lift up to **50 lbs** independently

+ **Warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred**

+ High school diploma or equivalent required

+ Strong teamwork, communication, and organization skills

+ Manual dexterity and attention to detail

+ Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

+ Familiarity with safety and quality procedures

+ Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
