    Basic Job Functions:

    Nucor Data Systems is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Project Manager Lead (aka Senior Project Manager). The responsibilities for this role include, and are not limited to, oversight of project manager Is and IIs based on project assignment, reporting to the Supervisor of Project Management the status of all assigned projects under their scope, and creates change orders and proposals. A Project Manager Lead will also need to possess mechanical and financial aptitude with the ability to complete basic mathematical calculations, effectively communicate with customers and end users, and apply our methodology and enforce project standards. This position requires travel up to 80% of the job, and other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + 5 10+ years experience in the Data Center industry and/or Commercial/Industrial construction.

    + Demonstrated ability to be a leader and mentor.

    + Strong understanding of construction and fabrication drawings.

    + Experienced with estimating and financial oversight of construction projects.

    + Travel to projects nationally.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Bachelors degree in business, design, engineering, construction management or comparable experience.

    + Previous leadership or mentorship experience, preferred.

    + Well versed in all data center types and general contracting methodology with accompanying Project Management experience.
