Overview Join our dynamic team as a Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of those you care for! In this rewarding role, you will provide essential support to patients in their homes or assisted living facilities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your compassionate nature and dedication to patient care will shine as you assist with daily activities, monitor health conditions, and foster a nurturing environment for individuals with diverse needs. Immediate needs : Part time, Full Time, Short shifts , Flexible schedules, Weekdays Weekends, Overnights. If you are working night shift and want to do a short shift on our way home can accommodate that. Areas: Cape Coral , North Fort Meyers , Fort Meyers , Naples, Bonita and Estero What you’ll do * Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. * Observe and document patient conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team. * Administer medications and provide basic medical care, including vital signs monitoring and catheter care. * Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems to maintain accurate patient documentation. * Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for patients. * Implement care plans tailored to individual needs, including Alzheimer’s and dementia care. * Ensure a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry. * Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive home health services. Basic qualifications * Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA). * Driver's' license and reliable transportation with proof of current insurance * Level 2 Background * CPR Certification * Physical within last year * Tuberculosis Test (If skin test within the last year, if X-Ray within the last 5 years) * CPR Certification (Required) * HIV/AIDS Certificate (Required) * * Domestic Violence Certificate (Required)* * Alzheimer’s/Dementia Certificate (Required)* * Assistance with Self-Administered Medications Certificate (Required)* * ADRD Training Certificate (Required) Free inquire within. * All of these can be obtained through www.RN.Org.
