Job Title: Welder
Job Description
The candidate will be performing MIG Welding of stainless steel to make frames for agricultural machines. This includes placing parts into the jigs and performing MIG welding of parts, along with spot checking their own weld beads.
Responsibilities
+ Perform MIG welding of stainless steel to create frames for agricultural machines.
+ Place parts into jigs accurately before welding.
+ Ensure high-quality welds through spot checking of weld beads.
Essential Skills
+ 2+ years of MIG welding experience.
+ Ability to read and work from blueprints.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with production welding and fabrication.
+ Proficiency in using a tape measure and grinding tools.

Work Environment
The work environment is casual with a dress code of T-shirts, long pants, and closed-toe shoes. The position operates on the first shift from 6 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday. Join a dedicated team within the Fabrication Department alongside three other full-time welders, contributing to a total of 74 full-time employees.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
