    Job Title: HVAC Mechanic

    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanic to perform preventative maintenance on all air-side equipment across a large campus. You will be responsible for chill water and DX cooling systems and will work alongside a helper to ensure all preventative maintenance tasks are completed efficiently.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform HVAC preventative maintenance on air-side equipment throughout the campus.

    + Ensure the proper functioning of chill water and DX cooling systems.

    + Work collaboratively with an assigned helper to manage HVAC PMs across the campus.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + HVAC Journeyman License preferred.

    + CFC/EPA Universal certification is required.

    + Experience in preventative maintenance and repair.

    + Valid driver's license.

    + High School Diploma or GED.

    + Strong understanding of HVAC systems and maintenance procedures.

    Schedule

    + The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $71573.00 - $78730.00/yr.

     

    32BJ union benefits and retirement

     

    Workplace Type

     

    This is a fully onsite position in Washington,DC.
