    **Details** : We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee operations at our plant. The Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of 10 individuals, ensuring production schedules are met, and leading production meetings.

    **Shift** : First Shift; Monday through Friday

    **Pay** : 60,000-80,000/year- dependent on experience

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee plant operations and manage a team of 10 people.

    + Delegate tasks effectively to ensure efficient production processes.

    + Ensure production schedules are adhered to and met promptly.

    + Conduct and lead production meetings to maintain team alignment.

    + Implement lean manufacturing processes.

    + Oversee assembly and production tasks.

    + Experience with process and continuous improvement strategies.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Proven track record in production supervision

    + Capability to implement and manage continuous improvement initiatives.
