As a Model Office Lead in the MLIO Knowledge Management Model Office team, you will champion the voice of the user and drive experience optimization for our AI and ML technology and tools. You will serve as the liaison between product and business teams, supporting product launches and scaling new solutions across multiple business areas. Leveraging your specialized knowledge and user feedback, you will inform and enhance our product development process, ensuring our offerings meet real user needs. You will be part of a collaborative team culture focused on innovation, growth, and operational excellence.
Job responsibilities
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with product teams, user researchers, designers, and cross-functional partners
+ Partner with product teams to assist with adoption of AI and ML technology; collaborate with communications and operations to enhance product support and feedback; monitor production environments and communicate issues to developers on a standardized cadence
+ Contribute to solution discovery by collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address a wide range of user needs and align with business goals
+ Participate in product planning sessions, contribute ideas, and assist in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches
+ Manage intake and prioritization of Model Office requests via Jira Kanban, ensuring the team is properly resourced and requests are efficiently managed
+ Gather user feedback to improve products and experiences, sharing actionable insights and recommendations with product teams
+ Expand Model Office capabilities to new lines of business and channels that align with product roadmaps
+ Manage a Job Enrichment Program (JEP) to cultivate future leaders and enhance productivity
+ Maintain a transparent repository of current and past projects, providing regular updates and reporting on the impact of Model Office activities
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ Minimum two years of experience in product management or project/program coordination
+ Experience in product launch or operational support roles in card and retail servicing
+ Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
+ Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
+ Experience in developing training materials and onboarding new teams or stakeholders
+ Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
+ Knowledge of the product development life cycle, including discovery and requirements definition
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ Experience with Jira, Confluence, and agile methodologies
