    What you will do as a Hospice Office Coordinator:

    + Maintain accurate patient records and obtain signatures from physicians.

    + Facilitate orders for medical equipment.

    + Ensures communication for proper billing of pharmaceuticals and supports timely completion of gathering all clinical records.

    + Organizes and maintains an efficient office environment.

    + Prepares agenda for team meetings.

    + Assists with payroll duties and human resource duties ensuring an accurate and complete employee file.

    What it takes to become an Office Coordinator with Care Initiatives Hospice:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Education in business practices or secretarial training

    + Knowledge of general office practices and procedures

    + Knowledge of word processing software and data systems

    + Two years related experience in position with similar duties

    + Medical terminology – preferred
