Order Center Lead
Full-Time Position
Job Duties:
+ Assist customers with phone orders and Customer Service related issues
+ Process orders and assist with messaging on outgoing wire orders
+ Process gift card and subscription orders
+ Maintain UPS tracking records
+ Process credits on Customer Service related issues
+ Invoice orders on a daily basis
+ Assist with training as needed
+ Supervise staff in the absence of other support staff members.
Qualifications:
+ Strong verbal and written communication
+ Attention to detail is required.
+ Good technical knowledge including POS, Windows and Excel
+ Ability to provide leadership to train, delegate and motivate staff.
+ Able to work at a fast pace.
+ Demonstrates strength in employee relations and customer service.
+ Developed problem solving skills.
+ Ability to support and work as a team.
+ Strong time management skills.
+ Previous work experience at Bachman’s or equivalent work experience preferred.
Scheduled Hours:
+ Sunday-Saturday availability with shifts ranging from 7:00am-5:00pm.
+ Increased coverage around holidays and seasonal business.
Compensation:
+ $18.00/hour
