**Schedule:** Full Time

**Shift:** Monday Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

**Location:** Maitland, FL (Hybrid)

The role you'll contribute:

Encompasses a diverse range of roles that are focused on ensuring the efficiency and effectively functioning of a facility or department. Enhances patient and team member safety by maintaining facilities, ensuring day-to-day procedures are followed efficiently, and managing resources for optimal quality standards. Provides direction, administration, and coordination of medical office activities, excluding activities requiring professional medical judgment, to directly support physicians, nurses, etc. Provides oversight and clinical excellence in a specialty area of expertise. Conducts scheduling and supports staffing assignments including setting staffing ratios and identifying potential staffing shortages. Conducts audits to confirm the accuracy of medical records and identify any non-compliant activity.

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

**Minimum qualifications** :

Bachelors degree

2 years experience
