    Full Time Schedule: 32 hours/week

     

    Thursday: 6am - 2pm

     

    Friday: 6am - 2pm

     

    Saturday: 3pm- 11pm

     

    Sunday: 3pm -11pm

     

    Pay Rate: $15.00

     

    Now Hiring: Experienced Security Officer for High-Profile Downtown High-Rise

     

    Join a Team that Represents Excellence

     

    We are currently seeking a seasoned and dependable Security Officer to join our team at a prestigious high-rise office building in downtown Houston . This high-profile account houses multiple tenants and demands a polished, professional presence, top-tier customer service skills, and the ability to respond confidently and appropriately in any situation.

    This position involves a rotating weekly schedule :

    2 days posted in the main lobby – a high-visibility, customer-facing role

    2 days assigned to the parking garage – focused on access control and active patrol duties

     

    As the first point of contact for tenants, guests, and vendors, you will represent both our company and our valued client with professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Greet and assist tenants, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy

    + Monitor and control access to both the lobby and garage areas

    + Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols throughout the property

    + Monitor security systems, including CCTV and access control

    + Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents, emergencies, or service needs

    + Complete daily activity logs and incident reports using reporting software

    Requirements:

    + Minimum 1 year of professional security experience , preferably in a commercial or high-rise environment

    + MUST live within 20 miles of site - 77002

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Valid driver’s license

    + Reliable transportation to and from work

    + Exceptional communication and customer service skills

    + Professional appearance and demeanor - NO NECK, FACE OR BELOW THE WRIST TATTOS

    + Strong judgment and decision-making abilities

    Preferred Experience:

    + Prior experience in security, military, or law enforcement is a plus

    *MUST COMPLETE ASSESMENT TO BE CONSIDERED*

     

    Education Requirements (All)

     

    High School Diploma or GED

     

    Certification Requirements (All)

     

    Level 2 Security License
