    Our team is looking for an Assembly Supervisor to join them. You will report to the Cell Manager and will have an onsite work structure in Creedmoor, North Carolina.

    To be considered for the Assembly Supervisor opening, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

    + Associate's degree preferred; high school diploma required

    + 3+ years of people manager experience leading front-line personnel (15+ direct reports) in a manufacturing environment

    + Six Sigma experience, proficient at RCCA (Root cause and corrective action)

    + Demonstrated knowledge of business processes - POE, QMS, Sales File, MRB, RMA's

    + Proven ability to initiate and execute change into mature processes

    + Mechanically inclined and understands production fabrication and assembly

    + Experience with Epicor (preferred but not essential)

    + Deep firsthand knowledge of manufacturing operations, the ability to provide real-time shop support with solid troubleshooting skills leading to consistent production and quality

    As an Assembly Supervisor, you will:

    + Maintain a safe and well-organized manufacturing area

    + Assign tasks and manage workload to meet or exceed daily production output targets inclusive of developing technician shift schedules and overtime management

    + Lead regular cell level team meetings

    + Provide effective daily manufacturing progress communications to the team & all management levels

    + Develop and own production cell performance KPI's

    + Be able to analyze cell performance to identify opportunities for improvement

    + Maintain high product quality levels

    + Identify continuous improvement opportunities

    + Complete and maintain all required documentation and records accurately and in a timely manner

    + Maintain a Skills Matrix which proactively identifies "Single Points of Failure", and action development/training/recruitment plans accordingly

    + Lead and mentor assigned production cell employees, including appraisals, sickness, absence and performance management

    + Comply to applicable QMS procedures & effective NCR management

    + Ensure that operators are trained for the work being performed

    + Stand in for Production Manager as required

    + Master sufficient labor utilization and overtime management/justification

    + Lead continuous improvement events

    + Maintain high level of internal/external customer satisfaction

    Salary Range:

    + Up to $85,000, based on experience
