Iron Mountain is seeking an **experienced** **Operations Supervisor** to join our **Logistics Center** team.In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operational functions of the facility in the most cost-effective manner while consistently meeting the needs of both internal and external customers.You will report directly to the Operations Manager and play a key role in driving team productivity, efficiency, and safety.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
+ **Lead** and **develop** a high-performing team by overseeing day-to-day work, providing training, and offering continuous performance feedback to ensure high productivity and effectiveness.
+ **Manage** inbound and outbound logistics, developing production schedules and allocating resources to ensure the accurate organization of merchandise, timely order fulfillment, and the maintenance of precise warehouse inventory.
+ **Ensure compliance** with organizational safety standards, drive positive safety behaviors, and monitor and track all operational metrics (including time, production, and quality) to inform decision-making and uphold high employee morale.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
+ A minimum of **2 years** of experience in warehouse or logistics leadership, specifically in warehouse fulfillment or e-commerce management involving onsite ordering, picking, packing, and shipping.
+ Strong knowledge of monitoring team metrics, tracking daily production goals, and dynamically meeting company **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** .
+ Proven ability in resolving conflicts, managing team dynamics, and fostering open communication across all levels of the organization.Proficiency in using **Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)** and computerized applications like word processing, spreadsheet, and email.

+ **Compensation:** $73,000 - $82,600. **Shifts:** 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday.
