    Description

    SAIC is seeking a talented **Full Stack Developer** with some UI experience to join our Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) Team supporting the United States Space Force (USSF). DRRS is the Department of Defense’s Authoritative Source for Readiness. It is used as a common framework to report personnel, equipment, and mission readiness, as well as Commander’s top readiness concerns. DRRS data supports the global force management process by providing timely and actionable information to senior leaders and decision makers, allowing them to weigh options and make decisions informed by objective data in support of the National Defense Strategy. As a **Full Stack Developer** , supporting this team, you will work in an agile development team consisting of DevSecOps Engineers, Database Developers, Testing Engineers, Requirement Analysts, and Subject Matter Experts.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components of the readiness reporting system.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing solutions.

    • Optimize system performance, scalability, and responsiveness.

    • Generate mockups and prototypes to visualize design concepts.

    • Ensure product standards and requirements are met according to the release schedule and sprint cycles.

    • Partner with enterprise stakeholders to support IT and other development teams.

    • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and teammates to analyze requirements.

    Qualifications

    Required Education and Experience:

    • Active Secret Clearance.

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field of study and a minimum of 4 years’ experience.

    • Security + Certification.

    • Experience in analyzing functional requirements, systems requirements and performing systems design and development.

    • Experience working with one of the cloud platforms like AWS, Azure or GCP.

    • Experience with one or more databases and software tools/frameworks such as JavaScript frameworks, Docker, AWS, Azure, Jenkins CI/CD, APIs, and automation testing tools.

     

    Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
