    Overview

     

    The Content Team is responsible for driving creative innovation, brand partnerships, and standout experiences to amplify brand and product awareness, increase consideration, and build brand love. We stay at the pulse of culture to mold and deliver what’s new and next whether through custom video series, talent partnerships, podcasts, in-show integrations, experiential events, or other original productions. Both strategic and creative we stay up to date with what’s happening in the world around us and marry it with tools, technology, and big ideas to best service our brand clients.

    Role Overview

    The Content Supervisor owns the direct activation of content partnerships. The Supervisor works closely with senior content staff as well as strategy and investment teams to ideate, develop and execute custom campaigns for our clients across platforms. Focused on media partnerships, production, partner integrations as well as influencer marketing, the Supervisor is experienced in content and has ample knowledge across media channels and trends.

    Responsibilities

    + Focus on direct activation of branded content programs with media partners, from ideation, briefing and program design through implementation.

    + Provide strategic input based on audience insights, past performance analysis, and robust knowledge of the marketplace.

    + Collaborate in negotiation strategies by building strong relationships with publishers and production companies.

    + Help set overall objectives and corresponding KPIs for each campaign.

    + Ensure smooth and timely campaign launch and execution with sharp attention to detail.

    + Maintain accurate and timely budget tracking and billing.

    + Lead the management and dissemination of feedback.

    + Manage RFP issuance and evaluation process of media partners.

    + Create presentation slides to showcase ideas and performance highlights.

    + Interpret and present data for compelling storytelling and recommendations.

    + Ensure content quality assurance, FTC compliance, and performance monitoring.

    + Liaise with Legal/Business Affairs team to draft SOWs, Media Plans, and content production agreements.

    + Collaborate with Brand and Media clients and internal Strategy, Investment, and Analytics teams to create and execute these programs.

    + Ensure timely communication of key information to internal and external teams, including updates or issues, to guarantee swift turnaround and buttoned-up execution of campaigns.

    + Escalate issues to Associate Director, Content or Vice President, Content as needed.

    + Understand the content & digital landscape and adopt new media trends from a publisher, audience, and category perspective relevant to clients’ objectives.

    + Build relationships and understand the landscape across content and digital partners.

    + Contribute to client presentations and manage deliverables and communications for your content programs.

    + Understand and articulate client category expertise (QSR) and knowledge of the competitive landscape.

    + Leverage strong project management skills and team player mindset to collaborate with IAT (including Creative, PR, Social, and Influencer teams) on projects and meetings to deliver holistic strategies for the brands.

    + Reports to Associate Director, Content and VP, Content

    Qualifications

    + 3+ years of experience in content activation, digital marketing, or related fields.

    + Track record of managing content partnerships and campaign execution.

    + Strong understanding of digital media and content landscape.

    + Experience in audience insights and performance analysis.

    + Excellent project management skills with attention to detail.

    + Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

    + Experience in client relationship management and presentation skills.

    + Ability to think conceptually and to translate concepts into actionable plans to drive clients’ businesses forward.

    + Keeps up with industry news, emerging trends, technologies, and influencers

    + Self-starter who can independently drive projects and bring fresh ideas.

    + Open to traveling for production shoots and events.

    Compensation Range: $85,000 - $90,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
