Job Summary:

The Iron Technician I provides assembly and testing of various mechanical components.

Additional Information:

+ Relocation assistance is NOT available for this position.

+ Starting Pay: $21.90, additional based on experience

+ Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, currently working 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM with some Saturdays

+ Overtime based on business need

What you will do:

+ Assists Iron Technicians during the disassembling phase

+ Clean, strip and inspect all required flow control components

+ Prepare flow control products for Gauging, Ultra Sonic, and MPI inspections

+ Ability to demonstrate the disassemble of flow control products per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

+ Ability to identify SPM and Customer product

+ Ability to assemble flow control product

+ Nondestructive Testing Trainee (NDT Trainee)

+ Manifold tear down/rebuild trainee

+ Demonstrates computer skills for the SPM AMP System

+ Inventory Incoming Iron

+ Provides proper care and maintenance of all shop tools, equipment, and work area

+ Monitors daily work activities to ensure requirements are met

+ Performs other routine duties as assigned

What you will have:

+ One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Top Candidates will have:

+ NDT Training

+ Pressure testing experience

Summary Pay Range:

$21.90 - $29.35
