    Job Description

    Program Summary: Catholic Charities Affordable Housing works to develop and preserve affordable housing for low-income seniors, families and individuals with disabilities.

     

    Position Summary: The Affordable Housing Property Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations, personnel, fiscal management, maintenance and development of housing for senior, low income persons and families, and persons with disabilities.

    Job Qualifications

    **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in a related field

     

    Job Related Experience:** 7 years related experience, including at least five years working with MN Landlord/Tenant law ***or equivalent combination of education and experience

     

    **Additional Qualifications:** Ability to pass Kari Koskinen background check; valid drivers license
