    Job Description

    Position Summary

    The Clinical Trainee or Licensed Therapist is responsible for managing a clinical case load, providing a combination of the following services: case management, quality intake, assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, intervention, supportive therapy, group therapy, family therapy, evaluation and termination. This position may be responsible for providing educational presentations and workshops, and to fulfill contract agreements with county agencies, schools, and parishes in specified locations throughout the diocese.

    Minimum Qualifications

    **Education:** Master’s degree in a relevant field in addition to a Minnesota license in good standing as an LICSW, LMFT, LP, or LPCC for the Licensed Therapist position

    **Job-Related Experience:** A minimum of two years of post-Master’s experience for the Licensed Therapist role, including completion of clinical supervision toward licensure.

    **Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:** Must possess or be on track for a Minnesota licensure for LP, LPCC, LICSW or LMFT; must have education and/or experience diagnosing mental health disorders
